SECURE ONLINE ORDERING
Thistle and Bee offers a secure and easy means of ordering on-line. Simply click on the “Add to Cart” button to select a product and then you can add and remove products as you like. To complete your order, simply select the “Checkout” button and follow the steps. You will require your postage and credit card payment details to complete the order.
We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure that your personal and order details are encrypted so that the information cannot be read when in transit.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including GST.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard through our secure on-line payment system.
Prices exclude freight/postage/handling charges. These will be calculated based on your completed order and destination and will be advised to you prior to payment and included with your purchase cost.
We endeavour to have all our products in stock. Should you place an order for an item that is regrettably out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you as soon as possible.
There can be rare occasions where another customer purchases the same item as you at the same time, either online or in store. In the event that this occurs, we will notify you within 1-2 working days, advising you if we can get another in for you. If we are unable to get another in we will give you the choice of a refund, credit note or exchange.
We take great care to ensure that our pricing is accurate and current. We reserve the right to alter and update our pricing and delivery charges at any time.
If we need to order an item in for you, the price shown may no longer be current as new stock shipments may have different prices. We will inform you of the new price and seek your instructions before proceeding.
REFUND & EXCHANGES
We have carefully selected our products for sale online, however if you are not happy with your purchase you may return the purchased item in an unused condition and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a full store credit. Delivery costs excluded, even if delivery cost was initially waived by a promotion or special offer.
ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED OR EXCHANGED MUST REMAIN IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND HAVE NOT BEEN USED, WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. PRODUCTS MUST RETAIN ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING. We do not cover the postage cost of returns.
Refunds are only issued if the product is considered damaged or faulty. If your purchase is faulty or damaged, notification must be received within 48 hours via email firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone 0428 372 819. Refunds are issued using the original method of payment for the cost of the items and will not include freight costs. Any returns that fail to meet the appropriate criteria for refund or exchange will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Returns may take up to seven business days to process.
To return an item, please complete the return request form included with your order. If you need another form you can download it below or contact us by phone/email.
Delivery within Australia only.
We are currently using Australia Post for standard delivery on parcels. We reserve the right to select and/or vary our freight carrier and freight charges. Our freight and handling fees do not include insurance and we will not be held responsible for any damage, destruction or loss of goods after departure from our premises. Freight will be calculated based on your completed order and destination and will be advised to you prior to payment and included with your purchase cost.
Online orders should be received within three to five business days. Regional orders may take longer and depend on the destination point. We will endeavour to deliver goods to you on the agreed delivery dates but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase.
Local delivery can be arranged within the Limestone Coast, subject to prior agreement. Please contact Lisa to discuss.
