Weighted Lap Animals

The Weighted Animals are the perfect lap companion for young and old.

Weighted toys and blankets are used as part of occupational therapy for ASD, stress, anxiety, restless leg and other sensory disorders and can also be great for those in aged care facilities.  The therapeutic use of weight and deep pressure can allow the nervous system to interpret and integrate proprioceptive and tactile input.

Reasons for using weighted products are to calm, improve focus and attention, improve body awareness and to decrease sensory seeking behaviours.
